YOUNG MUSICIANS OF WESTCHESTER’S Fall 2024 season has been a great success with performances by the Alegrìa Ensemble, Mexican jazz guitarist and Manhattan School of Music alumna Jhoely Garay, chamber music ensembles from the Music Conservatory at Purchase College and a Brass Quintet from the Aaron Copland School of Music.

YMW finished our first full season of well-attended concerts with an enthusiastically received Jazz concert at Yonkers Public Library / Crestwood Branch, expanding our venues and audience beyond our home base at New Rochelle Public Library. We’re pleased to announce that Young Musicians of Westchester has received a grant from The Rea Charitable Trust to support our 2023 – 2024 season of free concerts and educational programs. The Trust was formed in memory of Isabel McClintic Rea, a patron of the arts and a talented pianist, to support the work of arts organizations.
