A Successful Fall 2024 Season and Exciting Spring Lineup

YOUNG MUSICIANS OF WESTCHESTER’S Fall 2024 season has been a great success with performances by the Alegrìa Ensemble, Mexican jazz guitarist and Manhattan School of Music alumna Jhoely Garay, chamber music ensembles from the Music Conservatory at Purchase College and a Brass Quintet from the Aaron Copland School of Music.  First-time venues include our partnership with Downtown Music at Grace, a chamber music series in White Plains, the Will Branch of Yonkers Public Library and the Scarsdale Woman’s Club -- all in addition to our New Rochelle Public Library “home”.

We’re excited for our Spring season as we look forward to hearing from our first students from Juilliard, a violin-piano duo, and our first vocalist, Brandon Hornsby-Selvin, a graduate not only of Purchase, but also of LaGuardia High School of Music & Art, NYC’s own “Fame” School.  We’ll also be part of Yonkers Make Music Day 2025 – details to follow.
