Welcome

Please enjoy our 4th season of free concerts performed by outstanding music conservatory students and recent graduates. We look forward to seeing old and new friends at the concerts. Your participation enriches our community, and we are excited to share these musical experiences with all of you.

Young Musicians of Westchester is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. We assist musicians embarking on professional careers by providing opportunities to perform in free public concerts for Westchester audiences. Our artists honor historic forms of music and explore new areas of creativity, presenting Westchester communities with a range of cultural, social, and intellectual diversity. Musicians receive stipends for their participation in our programs and we fundraise for this purpose.

We work with faculty and administrators at music conservatories and universities with outstanding music programs to identify current students and recent alumni who are seeking performance opportunities. An increasing number of musicians find their way to our organization independently, Having performed, they recommend the experience to their friends and colleagues. Concerts take place in venues and for audiences interested in supporting and encouraging our brilliant young artists.
